Definition Of Parties/Agreement
"The Provider" or "The Providing Party" - TomasSystems, trading under Volteric Cloud.
"The Client" or "The Customer" - The customer of Volteric Cloud.
"Status Page" - The providing parties website where network status is kept track of.
"Service(s)" - Any offerings between the client by the provider.
"Uptime" - The state where a service is operational according to the status page.
"Downtime" - The state where a service isn't operational according to the status page.
"Maintenance" - The state where a service is emergency maintenance or maintenance according to the status page.

Agreement Responsibilities
The providing party agrees to respect all the aforementioned responsibilities and action its duties on demand and request.
In order to agree to the contract(s) mentioned and therefore have rights to action any available, the client must adhere to all other contract(s); failure to meet such will result in a termination of contract(s).

Service Guarentee
The service guarentee is a guarenteed percentage of uptime across our network, from the time said service was put into production on all services offered.
The provider offers to all clients, and all products a service guarentee of 99.8% uptime when the following circumstances are not applicable:

• Functionality of service is affected due to a fire.
• Functionality of service is affected by the clients actions.
• Functionality of service is affected by targeted actions of the providers network; e.g (D)DoS Attacks.
• Functionality of service is affected by maintenance.
• Functionality of service is affected by migrations.

In the instance the providing party cannot meet the aforementioned expectations, we will provide compensation in the form of additional service days on your Volteric Cloud Management Portal.
